Why do I receive a message that there are no Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs) found when performing an MSN lookup?

Answer
Medicare Summary Notices are printed and mailed each quarter, four times a year. The MSNs that should be available to you in the MyRRMed portal are the quarterly MSNs that have already been mailed for Part B claims processed by Palmetto GBA Railroad Medicare.

MSNs for Part A claims, Part B outpatient facility claims, and Durable Medical Equipment claims are not available in MyRRMed because those claims are not processed by Palmetto GBA Railroad Medicare. Also, if you have registered to receive your Medicare Summary Notices electronically (eMSNs) instead of receiving quarterly paper MSNs, copies of your monthly eMSNs are not available in MyRRMed.

Please also ensure you are attempting to view your MSNs during the established availability times: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.

If you need help with MSNs or have questions about the MyRRMed portal, please call our Beneficiary Customer Service Line at 800–833–4455, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. For the hearing impaired, call TTY/TDD at 877–566–3572. This line is for the hearing impaired with the appropriate dial-up service and is available during the same hours customer service representatives are available.
