What if I do not know my eServices user ID?

Answer
If you are a provider user, meaning you have been granted access by your provider administrator, contact your provider administrator if you do not know your user ID.

If you are a provider administrator and you cannot find your user ID, please contact the Provider Contact Center using the appropriate number below. 

  • Jurisdiction J users: 877–567–7271
  • Jurisdiction M users: 855–696–0705
  • Railroad Medicare users: 888–355–9165
