I cannot answer my security questions. What do I do?
You can verify or change your security questions and answers through your My Account tab. When you opt to reset your password, you will be randomly presented with two of the security questions. You must answer both questions correctly to reset your password.
If you cannot reset your password and you are one of multiple active provider administrators or a provider user (meaning you have been granted access by the provider administrator for your organization), contact one of your provider administrators to verify your identity and regain access.
If you are the only active provider administrator on the account and you cannot answer your security questions, please contact your Medicare contractor.
