Description
The inpatient hospital or SNF claim's admit date is less than the "from" date. There are no history claims present with the same admit date, same provider number and a patient status 30.
Resolution
- If the bill type is a 211, 212, 22x or 12x, the admit date must be the same as the "from" date on the claim
- Please verify that your bill type is correct for the claim being submitted or that the admit date is valid for the bill type being submitted
