eServices Support Has a New Number

Beginning November 5, 2015, providers should begin using their Medicare Contractor's provider inquiries phone number to request assistance with eServices.

JM Providers: 855-696-0705
Railroad Medicare Providers: 888-355-9165

This change will provide a single telephone number for all provider inquiries, including technical support requests for eServices. With customer service being very important to Palmetto GBA, the mission of this change is to increase first call resolutions for our providers.
