How to Check Your Outpatient Department Prior Authorization (OPD) Results Status

Outpatient Department Prior Authorization (OPD PA) providers can check their cycle results in eServices.

  1. Log in to your eServices account
  2. Select the eReview tab
  3. Select the eOPD tab
  4. Select the correct cycle dates
  5. Enter your NPI and UTN
  6. If your OPD request has a final decision, it will be listed in the results
