The Organizational Process Improvement Coaching Project (OPICP) Conference Videos
On July 30, 2015, Palmetto GBA hosted the Organizational Process Improvement Coaching Project (OPICP) Conference at the Government Programs Complex (GPC) in Columbia, South Carolina. The purpose of the conference was to discuss the results of the Home Health face-to-face (F2F) OPICP Pilot Program.
The Home Health F2F OPCIP pilot involved five Home Health agencies (HHAs). During the conference the attendees heard first-hand from representatives of the home health and physician organizations that implemented the Health Information Supply ChainSM approach to improve their operational and financial performance.
The Health Information Supply ChainSM approach to process improvement involves the use of process engineers to help Home Health Agencies (HHAs) and certifying physicians identify and eliminate barriers to 'getting F2F right the first time.'
