CMS publishes the PTP code pairs on their website in files that are available on the NCCI PTP Coding Edits page. Look for the Practitioner PTP Edits links at the bottom of the page. The PTP edit tables are divided by CPT®/HCPCS code ranges that are identified in the file name. The tables are organized with each PTP code pair separated into Column 1 and Column 2 codes, with the effective date, deletion date (if applicable), CCI Modifier (CCMI) Indicator, and PTP Edit Rationale for the code pair.

You can also use the Palmetto GBA National Correct Coding Initiative procedure-to-procedure (PTP) Edits Tool. Simply enter a CPT® or HCPCS code to find the associated code pairs with the Effective Date, Deletion Date (if applicable), Modifier/Policy Indicator, and PTP edit rationale for each code pair.
